The heretical "replacement theology" contends that Chritianity has replaced Israel and has become spiritual Israel. It is, of course, the product of a spirituall sick mind. We must pray daily for Israel's protection and preservation. I, for one, want the blessing of God for doing so. We must stand behind Israel. Sadly, those nations that have turned against Israel have historically not fared so well. If our nation officially turns against Israel, it will incur the wrath of God even more so that it already has. I find it interesting that we are the most powerful nation on earth, yet there is no definitive mention of such a nation in Scripture.
