The IMF was started with the help of John Maynard Keynes. Keynes believed in the redistribution of wealth through the inflation of America's currency. Through this means Keynes openly stated that the wealth of Americans could be depleted without their knowledge. Keynes not only set out to do this in America but on a global scale through the International Monetary Fund. America pays the largest percentage of taxpayer funds to the IMF. The IMF seeks to redistribute America's wealth to third world countries. The cancellation of Haiti's debt has been repeated numerous times with other third world countries.
